Our Purlin Mounted Anchor Point is a mountable anchor that provides a sturdy solution for fall arrest or fall restraint applications for metal roof profiles and steel C or Z purlins. Installing the anchor is quick and easy; just drill through the roof sheeting and use the external Stainless Steel components. You never need to worry about leaks either, as the water tight seal and weather shield base plate eliminate any need for dektites.
The anchor point is designed to remain firm under normal working loads, and also bend under a fall load to minimise load forces on the roof structure. This anchor is specifically designed to be retrofitted to existing roof applications.
