Stock, Refunds, Shipping and Exchange Policy

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any item that is faulty, incorrect to what you ordered or damaged in transit via All Lifting delivery. Delivery and/or packaging charges are non-refundable unless as a result of our error. Please notify us by a phone call advising that items are to be returned and with what option you would like: credit, exchange, refund or replacement. You will need to provide us with your invoice number and part number of the goods and have the goods returned to us.

Please note that prices on All Lifting’s website or quotes obtained through an online enquiry may be different to those prices directly from an All Lifting branch. Our website and branches are operated and managed separately, though owned by the same company.

Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with All Lifting. We appreciate your business are happy to offer 3 different delivery options when purchasing products online for your convenience. The 3 options available are: Local Pick Up (Pick Up from an All Lifting Branch), Deliver from an All Lifting Branch (All Lifting Delivery) or Choose Your Own freight.

Deliver from an All Lifting Branch (All Lifting Delivery):

We will ship your order to you on our All Lifting trucks/vehicles. To ensure you receive your order in a reasonable timeframe, we dispatch orders to a 30km radius around our branches at Rocklea QLD, Seven Hills NSW, Campbellfield VIC, Nerang QLD and Cameron Park NSW. Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of these parameters. A handling and delivery fee of $17 is charged to each order under $500. We will provide FREE shipping for single transaction orders over $500 to be shipped within a 30km radius of one of the mentioned All Lifting branches. Some items are not eligible for All Lifting delivery, please note that if you have selected an item that is unavailable for this shipping method, the rest of the items in your cart/order will automatically be unavailable also. We recommend purchasing these items separately if you would like All Lifting delivery for the rest of the eligible items.

Local Pick Up (FREE):

We have 5 convenient locations where you can pick up your order from: Rocklea QLDSeven Hills NSWCampbellfield VICNerang QLD and Cameron Park NSW. For full addresses, please go to our contact us page or view the locations and hours page.

Choose Your Own Freight (FREE):

You are welcome to organise shipping yourself with a freight company of your choice. Select “Choose own freight” method of payment during the checkout process. Once the order has been processed we will contact you with further details so you can organise the freight.

Stock:

If the product/s ordered are in stock they will be dispatched to you or ready for pick up within 1-5 business days. For any items that are not in stock, All Lifting will advise you by contacting you using the details you provided on the placed order, with all the options available and the expected arrival date of the good/s. For those goods that are not in stock, you can choose to wait for the goods to arrive, cancel the entire/partial order with a complete refund of the cancelled items on the order or exchange the product/s.

Returns:

All Lifting accept product returns within 7 day business days of sale provided the item is in a saleable condition with all original packaging, is not custom ordered/made, or isn’t being returned due to a change-of-mind.  All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Delivery & Stock Enquiries:

For specific delivery details on particular items, please email All Lifting at info@alllifting.com.au to enquire about the availability of the desired product. We do not have the ability to display stock levels on each product on the website.
