  TheWeld-On Load Ring VLBS is a compact and versatile lifting point designed for permanent attachment to fabricated structures, lifting frames and equipment. Manufactured from high-strength forged alloy steel, it enables multi-directional loading and provides a durable, low-profile solution for demanding industrial lifting applications. The suspension ring pivots 180°, allowing smooth alignment with the direction of pull and reducing stress on the welded connection.

  The VLBS is available with or without an internal position-holding spring, offering secure ring placement during rigging when required. Built to RUD’s recognised 4:1 safety factor and fully compliant with EN 1677-1 and AS 3776, the VLBS delivers reliable, long-term performance in construction, mining, transport and heavy engineering environments.

  Each unit is equipped with the patented ICE-Bolt, delivering higher fatigue resistance, optimum WLL and a captive yet exchangeable bolt design. The VARIO model is additionally supplied with a DIN crack-tested collared nut, ensuring secure installation and enhanced durability. Compliant with EN 1677-1 and AS 3776, the VLBG-PLUS VARIO offers up to 45% higher WLL, making it an advanced and reliable solution for critical lifting and rigging operations.
