Refund policy
Stock, Refunds, Shipping and Exchange Policy:
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any item that is faulty or incorrect to what you ordered. Delivery and/or packaging charges are non-refundable unless as a result of our error. Please notify us by a phone call advising that items are to be returned and with what option you would like: credit, exchange, refund or replacement. You will need to provide us with your invoice number and part number of the goods and have the goods returned to us. Freight will only be covered whereby the product ordered is faulty or incorrect.
Stock:
If the product/s ordered are in stock they will be dispatched to you or ready for pick up within 3-10 business days. For any items that are not in stock, All Lifting will advise you by contacting you using the details you provided on the placed order, with all the options available and the expected arrival date of the good/s. For those goods that are not in stock, you can choose to wait for the goods to arrive, cancel the entire/partial order with a complete refund of the cancelled items on the order or exchange the product/s.
Returns:
All Lifting accept product returns within 7 day business days of sale provided the item is in a saleable condition with all original packaging, is not custom ordered/made, or isn’t being returned due to a change-of-mind. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Delivery & Stock Enquiries:
For specific delivery details on particular items, please email All Lifting at info@alllifting.com.au to enquire about the availability of the desired product. We do not have the ability to display stock levels on each product on the website.
NOTE: We do not ship internationally.
Prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.
