WHAT ARE RATCHET LOAD BINDERS?

Ratchet binders have a one-piece forged handle that has a great mechanism for securing your load in a safe manner. Our ratchet binders use a ratcheting mechanism, creating tension with the chain to secure your load; also, these items come with a handle, two tension hooks and a cam and pawl system to create a smooth, ratcheting action. These devices are designed to be used with less pulling force when compared to lever load binders.

Our ratchet binders include grab hooks on both sides of the outer jaws to prevent the chain from deforming during tensioning and to allow the chain's full 100 percent lashing capability. At All Lifting we make sure these ratchet load binders are designed with an easy operation positive ratchet. They are also available to suit from 6mm up to 13mm chain to better suit your application and comply with AS4344.

As per usual with any form of lifting equipment, safety is always an absolute top priority, therefore, we made sure that these binders have a fastening device to prevent the extending/retracting threads from accidentally pulling out. These items work best combined with our grade 80 or grade 100 lashing chain for the ultimate chain tie-down solution. The following table presents all the general information for the ratchet load binders from 6 mm to 13 mm.
