Eligibility: The Customer Appreciation Competition ("Competition") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of All Lifting, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Entry Period for the Competition begins on 29th April at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on 9th May at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible for consideration.

How to Enter: Participants can enter the Competition by providing feedback. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Winner Selection: The winner of the Competition will be selected in a random electronic draw conducted on 10th May, 2024. The draw will be performed using a random selection method to ensure fairness and impartiality.

Notification: The winner will be notified via phone call, email, or SMS on the same day as the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days after the first attempt to contact them, or if they are found to be ineligible, All Lifting reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize: The prize for the Competition will be as described in the Competition announcement. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at All Lifting's discretion.

Publicity: By entering the Competition, participants grant All Lifting permission to use their name, likeness, image, and entry submission for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions: All Lifting reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Competition.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless All Lifting, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use of any prize.

Disputes: This Competition is governed by the laws of QLD. As a condition of participating in this Competition, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
By participating in the Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
