  • Description

    The Load Ring Bolt-On VLBG-PLUS VARIO is a high-performance lifting point designed for demanding industrial applications. It features a 4:1 safety factor and is fully tested and DGUV-approved for maximum reliability. Manufactured from Grade 120 material, it provides exceptional strength, wear resistance and suitability for extreme temperatures ranging from –40°C to 100°C, with operation permitted up to 350°C at a reduced WLL. The VARIO design offers full articulation with 360° rotation and 180° pivot, allowing the lifting point to safely align with multi-directional loads. Each unit is equipped with the patented ICE-Bolt, delivering higher fatigue resistance, optimum WLL and a captive yet exchangeable bolt design. The VARIO model is additionally supplied with a DIN crack-tested collared nut, ensuring secure installation and enhanced durability. Compliant with EN 1677-1 and AS 3776, the VLBG-PLUS VARIO offers up to 45% higher WLL, making it an advanced and reliable solution for critical lifting and rigging operations.
